15% off Sleep course because today (14th March ) is World Sleep Day!
Unfortunately that doesn't mean we all got a day off to laze around in our pyjamas, but rather that we celebrate what sleep does for us and how important it is.
Sleep is one of the three important pillars that make up good health, besides exercise and nutrition. We should aim to get 7-8 hours per night of good quality sleep.
Sleep is crucial for restoring the body, creating memories, healing and hormone balance, as well as so many other things.
If you need help with your sleep my 6-week 1:1 Sleep course covers everything from initially assessing your sleep to providing you with a plan to make changes and improve your sleep. You’ll learn about all the factors that affect sleep and what to do about them.
I'm offering a 15% discount to anyone who books this course before the end of March, to help as many people as possible improve their sleep enabling them to become healthier and happier.
